Anthony began working in the legal profession in 1982, initially training to be a Legal Executive before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1998. He became a partner at Grice and Ireland in 1999.
Anthony is now a partner at NGA Solicitors and leads the Personal Injury and Litigation Departments.

Stephen commenced work with the firm in 1971 progressing to clerk, articled clerk, solicitor and ultimately partner. Over that past 40 years he has amassed a wealth of experience in many areas of the law, currently specialising in domestic and commercial conveyancing, wills, probate & trusts and planning the future for elderly clients. Once Geoffrey obtained his Law Degree, he began to work at a local firm in 1975, qualifying in 1979. He became partner and remained there until 1993. Subsequently Geoffrey became a partner of Grice and Ireland Solicitors. In 2000 Grice and Ireland merged with Nolan, Pickles and Smith, which following a restructuring became NGA Solicitors.
Geoffrey is now one of the partners at NGA Solicitors and leads the Family and Criminal Departments. He is an Accredited Police Station Representative and Duty Solicitor. Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has always specialised in Litigation and Personal Injury work. She also undertakes clinical negligence and Landlord and Tenant matters.
Janine is originally from Mirfield in West Yorkshire and studied law at the University of Leicester, gaining a 2:1 Honours degree in 1987 and qualifying as a solicitor in a Leeds City Centre firm in 1990. Janine has specialised in commercial property for many years, working at city centre practices in Leeds, Manchester and Bradford. In particular Janine has expertise in retail having acted for a number of major West Yorkshire based retailers over the years.
Janine moved with her family to Skipton in 2010 to foster her love of walking, running and cycling in the Dales and joined NGA Solicitors in 2017 with the aim of providing the same high quality of service to clients as she had done in the city but with greater freedom and flexibility for both clients and herself.
Catherine is a Chartered Legal Executive and has been involved in law for 26 years. Catherine is a qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1998 and practises predominantly in litigation and personal injury work.
Gillian became a member of the Institute of Legal Executives on the 13th June 1995 and subsequently qualified as a Fellow now referred to as a Chartered Legal Executive on the 13th June 1997. She currently specialises in residential conveyancing.
Andrew obtained the Law degree from Lancaster University, graduating in 2006. He began working at NGA Solicitors in 2008 as a paralegal whilst undertaking the Legal Practice Course on a part time basis. Upon completion of his training contract he qualified as a Solicitor in May 2013. Andrew works in the residential conveyancing and Litigation departments.
