At nga Solicitors we have an experienced and friendly Family Law department who offer a sympathetic and practical approach to all areas of Family Law. The Family department is split between our Hammerton Street office in Burnley and our Colne office on Albert Road. Appointments will always be made at the office most convenient for the client. Our large department includes membership of the Family Law Panel, a specialist accreditation by the Law Society. Our Family department includes a member of Resolution. Members of Resolution follow a code of practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems, in which solutions are sought that will benefit the whole family and in particularly focus on the best interests of the children. nga Solicitors will advise, assist and represent you in all areas of Family Law including:
nga Solicitors are franchised by the Legal Services Commission and we are able to assess whether you are eligible for Legal Help and Public Funding (previously known as Legal Aid), free of charge. This can cover all of your legal expenses. If you are not eligible for Public Funding we will advise you on the likely cost of your case at the outset. nga Solicitors operate a dedicated service and urgent appointments are always available. We will always aim to make appointments at your convenience, on both time and location. Cases of Domestic Violence will always be prioritised.
