Our large department includes membership of the Family Law Panel (Advanced), a specialist accreditation by the Law Society.

nga are franchised by the Legal Services Commission and we are able to assess whether you are eligible for Legal Help and Public Funding (previously known as Legal Aid), free of charge.  This can cover all of your legal expenses.

If you are not eligible for Public Funding we will advise you on the likely cost of your case at the outset.

nga operate a dedicated service and urgent appointments are always available.  As well as the four Solicitors detailed below we have a number of dedicated support staff who are an integral part of the Family Law team.

nga work closely with the local office of a national advice agency, who themselves offer practical and emergency assistance for anyone in an abusive relationship.
